Then your body’s engine light is on. Time for a tune-up! Schedule steady maintenance sessions to keep your body fine tuned for your lifestyle.

 

Water

     Water – a must to maintain your body’s filtration system. Plus, please shower before your appointment. Thanks.

 

Eat Clean

     Stay away from process foods. Eat more fruits, veggies, and protein, light on the carbs. Adapt a healthy lifestyle of eating habits.

 

Posture

     Get your office area ergonomically suitable for your body. Sit using a Theraball – it’s FABULOUS for retraining your body to sit correctly.

 

Stretching

     Stretching is needed daily, and is better if done after your shower/workout. Warm muscles stretch easier with fewer complications.

 

Ice vs. Heat

    Ice is best, for 20 minutes, every two hours as needed for discomfort. Heat is great to relax the muscles, if done by shower/Jacuzzi.

 

Exercise

     Whether at home/gym - strengthen and tone your muscles. Higher a personal trainer if needed to help you learn how to strengthen your body’s weak areas.

 

Other holistic practices

     Try other holistic modalities. Some work very well alongside of therapeutic massage. It can raise the bar on what your body is repairing from.
